Captain Snowdon deals with some of the most unusual and dangerous cases as a member of the Special Investigations Department during the Second World War. In some cases he even acts as judge, jury and executioner. German sabatogers and traitors get little sympathy from this military police officer. Various cases see Snow attempting to prevent a minister from being assassinated, to dealing with money counterfeiters, military information being leaked to the enemy and so on.
